Craftsmanship: The attention to detail was top-notch. Every seam, cushion, and corner looked professionally tailored. The couch now feels so much more firm and is a pleasure to sit on. CLS even included covers for the arms of the couch. My original couch did not have them. They also included the zipper on the cushion like my original couch had. I like this because the cover can be taken off and cleaned easily if needed. Fabric Selection: The couch was a camelback so I chose a beautiful paisley fabric for the piece. Customer Service: The couch was delivered in just a few weeks. It was an amazing turnaround time. It was actually done three weeks earlier than I was expecting. CLS also came to my house to ensure that the fabric was the best look for the room. Value: While not the cheapest option, the quality of work made it worth every penny. For their 50th wedding anniversary my grandparents had the couch they bought when they first got married reupholstered here. They did an AMAZING job!!! CLS did such a wonderful job of refinishing a dark stained cherry wood coffee table into a light and bright beautiful piece that highlights all tje natural wood grain. I really couldn't be happier with the results. In the past CLS reupholstered and created slip covers for a couch and a few chairs. They did a beautiful job.
